Have you ever worried about not being a ‘good’ singer? Not joined in, in case you sang a ‘wrong’ note? 

Well then its time to turn singing Singside Out!

This session will be filled with games and exercises to stretch and play with how we think about singing. In becomes out, la becomes hahaha! and song becomes any sound that helps us to connect with our own bodies, the people around us and the endless sensations of the world we all live in.

This session will be led by Georgie Buchanan, a singer and sound explorer, and Tora Hed a dance and movement artist. We will be playing some sound and movement games inspired by the beautiful rustling layers of the Forest Garden! Bring comfy clothes to wear for this if you can.

The session is open to anyone that enjoys making noise, you don’t have to have any previous experience or be able to read music. Children are very welcome if accompanied by an adult.

We will be taking Pay as you Feel donations for the sessions, which will be shared between the session leaders and Bedford Fields Community Forest Garden as a contribution to the costs of power and heating.
