Each tour lasts for one hour and covers one particular layer of the forest garden. After thee introduction, the tour leader will concentrate on this one layer and how it is embedded in the design of the garden, what plants are commonly used in this layer, and how to maintain it. 

We start from the very big and get smaller each week and so this firsttour is focussed on the biggest elements in the forest garden - trees. Come find out what trees are suited to forest gardens, what rootstocks/cultivars/maintenance we do and what issues we've had so far.

All tours are run by donation so please kind enough to keep the project going with whatever coins are jingling in your pocket!

Tours will start promptly at 7 but you can join in if you're late of course.
